Anyone can join Business Opinions providing they are over 16 years of age and resident in the UK. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes.
We have designed a point system that is easy to understand. Each point is worth 1 pence, so completing a survey for 50 points will reward you with 50 pence. Once you have reached 2000 points, you are able to exchange your points for cash. All survey invitations give an update on your balance so you can see your points accruing.
We verify your points total and draft a cheque, this will be sent to your registered home address so please be sure this is accurate before redeeming your points.
No. We never SPAM or sell your personal details to any third parties. We would also recommend that you add the info@email.businessopinions.co.uk domain to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all our communications.
Please log into your account and visit the Account tab, use the Modify my details link at the bottom of the page to change your details.
If you wish to unsubscribe from Business Opinions and no longer receive survey invitations, you can click the 'Unsubscribe' link in any of our survey solicitations or use the unsubscribe link on the website.
Please claim any points eligible for redemption before you unsubscribe as when you unsubscribe your balance is returned to zero.

Please go to your account and amend your email address from within your profile. Email changes sometimes take a little while to filter through the system so please amend it at least a week before you close your old account.

Business Opinions requires the views and opinions of a wide range of the business community and to ensure accurate representation of the market, we randomly select panel members to take part in our surveys. There will be times when we require a specific group of people, who will be selected via their profiling information so please ensure your details are always up-to-date.

We will always try and give you the opportunity to take part in our surveys but on occasions, we are looking for a very specific type of individual or we have already spoken to people like you. If a survey is closed by the time you try and access it, we apologise and always try to give you every opportunity we can to let you complete it; that's why we state clearly on the email when we need to complete the survey by.
Redemptions take up to 6 weeks to dispatch. We will send you an email the day we post the cheque so you know when to expect it. Always ensure your profile name and address is accurate as otherwise your cheque may not reach you or you may not be able to bank it.
If it has been over 6 weeks or we have emailed you to say it is posted and you have not received it 1 week later, please get in touch using the Contact Us facility.
We will pay 75 points for a successful referral, once your friend has signed up please write to us using the Contact Us link detailing your friend's username and email address.
